Jrada Immigration, P.C. is a private business entity and is not affiliated with any government agency. Some services offered on this website may be available at no cost directly through official government websites. We do not offer services to individuals or entities located in countries subject to international sanctions, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Crimea.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only available (1) if cancelation requested within 24 hours of payment and services have not yet begun or (2) if a technical issue caused by our platform impacted the agreed upon terms of engagement for U.S. immigration legal services. If applicable, cancelations must be made in writing to jack@jradaimmigration.com.
