Refund Policy

Service decisions (including eligibility, application submission, and documentation review) are made at the sole discretion of Jrada Immigration, P.C. All decisions are final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are available only in cases where:

• Services have not yet been rendered and a written request is received within 24 hours of payment for services; or
• There is a technical error caused by our platform.

Refunds are not provided for government fees or once service processing has begun.

All customers are required to acknowledge this policy during checkout or at the time of service agreement.
